Perhaps the area Invoice Management doesn’t thrill you at a glance. To us it does! Invoice management means transmitting invoices based on data, not on an interpreted scanned picture or by e-mail, all the way from the supplier to the receiver.
To be successful the solution must be a win-win solution to everyone; you as a supplier, Pagero and you as the receiver. The supplier must be able to send in one format only independent of receiver and the receiver must receive the e-invoice, interpreted per order line and in one format only.
When adding new business partners, the format conversion, made by Pagero is done via an internal format. Adding new business partners therefore is made like in LinkedIn with a “click” and without any additional testing.
Information transmitted by the supplier might not always be according to rules set by the receiver. E-invoices not accepted by the receiver then will bounce back to the supplier with an e-mail from Pagero.
The invoice also might have to be enriched thus improving invoice matching at receiver end.
The Pagero business model is based on charging the supplier/ transmitter, not the receiver. Only charging the receiver additional services that improves his Invoice to Pay process. For that reason Pagero has its own Contact center calling all suppliers in the receiver network adding as many suppliers as possible. In this way the receiver will receive many more e-invoices, which is profitable to him. The supplier will be offered profitable solutions depending on volume and will get access to the entire Pagero and Pagero partner network.
In this way the entire process from the supplier via Pagero to the receiver is profitable to everyone.
